Full payment of Virtual Booth Space and/or Sponsorship are due upon submission of this contract.

Cancellation Terms: Cancellation of Virtual Booth Space and/or Sponsorship must be directed in writing to BPS. The date of receipt will be used as the official cancellation date. Virtual Booth Space and/or Sponsorship sales are final. Refunds will not be given for any cancellations at any time.

Agreement: We hereby apply for Virtual Booth Space and/or Sponsorship at the Biophysical Society 65th Virtual Annual Meeting. We further agree to abide by all rules and regulations specified under the Virtual Exhibit Rules and Regulations above. I understand the payment terms, cancellation policy, and refund policy.
