Payment Terms: Booth applications and sponsorship must be accompanied by full payment and are due upon submission of a contract.
Cancellation terms: Cancellation of exhibit space must be directed in writing to BPS. Cancellations made on or before June 3, 2024, will receive 50% of the rental fee less 25% non-refundable deposit. No refunds whatsoever will be made on cancellations after June 3, 2024. In the event of partial booth cancellations, the aforementioned cancellation policy will apply to the canceled booth(s) only.
Agreement: We hereby apply for exhibit space at the 69th Annual Meeting of the Biophysical Society. We further agree to abide by all regulations specified under Contract Rules and Regulations and to purchase or rent carpet for our individual booth(s). Full payment of booth space and/or sponsorship is due upon submitting this contract. Once you submit this contract, you will receive an invoice payment email from Exhibit Management within 3 business days. Payment is due at this time.
