Booth Fee: $3,050 per 10’ x 10’ booth.
Corner Charge: An additional $350 premium per corner booth will apply.

Booth space will be assigned at the discretion of the Biophysical Society. Contracts will be processed in the order received. The Society will attempt to assign requested spaces. However, if none of the requested spaces are available, a space comparable in location and size will be assigned. Exhibit Management reserves the right to alter exhibitor’s assigned location at any time if deemed in the best interests of the Exhibition. Exhibit Management will consult with exhibitor before exercising its discretion. BPS Exhibit Management has the freedom to adjust the floorplan based on facility and Health & Safety guidelines at any time.

Payment Terms: Booth applications and sponsorship must be accompanied by full payment and are due upon submission of a contract.

Cancellation terms: Cancellation of exhibit space must be directed in writing to BPS. Cancellations made on or before June 3, 2024, will receive 50% of the rental fee less 25% non-refundable deposit. No refunds whatsoever will be made on cancellations after June 3, 2024. In the event of partial booth cancellations, the aforementioned cancellation policy will apply to the canceled booth(s) only.

Agreement: We hereby apply for exhibit space at the 69th Annual Meeting of the Biophysical Society. We further agree to abide by all regulations specified under Contract Rules and Regulations and to purchase or rent carpet for our individual booth(s). (add a space here) A 25% deposit of your total booth space and full sponsorship is due after submitting this contract. Once you submit this contract, you will receive an invoice payment email from Exhibit Management within 3 days. A 25% deposit is due March 29. Remaining payment is due June 3.
