Welcome to HFA's 2024 annual Symposium! This year we are excited to celebrate our 30th anniversary in Indianapolis, IN.

This exhibitor portal offers you the opportunity to contract your booth space, access sponsorship opportunities, and register all of your team members. For any questions, please contact us hfaexhibitors@hemophiliafed.org.

STEPS TO REGISTER

  1. Companies must first register and pick their booth from the available options.
  2. In the form below, enter the Booth Contact, Billing Contact, and Admin/Third-Party Contact.
  3. Payment can be made via credit card or by check (invoice sent once registration is complete).
  4. Individual Booth Staff can be registered via the company's portal. Companies can register them manually or via a shareable link.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS
Additional exhibitor registrations, beyond the three included with your booth fee, are available. The maximum number of registrations per exhibitor is 40. All attendees employed by an exhibitor must purchase an exhibitor registration, regardless of whether they are working at your booth. Registration fees are:

  • March 1—April 10 ...............$895
  • Onsite registration .........$1,195

Thursday, April 11

  • 8 a.m. | Booth Set-up for All Exhibitors
  • 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. | Exhibitor Registration open for badge pickup
  • 4:45 p.m. | Exhibitor welcome and announcements in center of Exhibit Hall: all exhibitors must attend.
  • 5 to 7 p.m. | Exhibiting Hours

Friday, April 12

All exhibitors and food and beverage vendors must exit the Exhibit Hall 30 minutes after exhibiting hours end.


COST TO EXHIBIT/BOOTH FEE
$6,000 - 10’ x 10’ space

  • 8’ draped back wall and 3’ draped side walls
  • 6’ draped skirted table
  • Two (2) chairs

  • One (1) – 7” x 44” identification sign with company name and booth number

NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION BOOTH RATES
HFA will provide booth space to nonprofit organizations as available. All items provided in standard booths will also be provided in nonprofit booths. Exhibit costs for nonprofit organizations are based on reported revenue from your most recent 990 (Part I, line 12):

  • Annual Revenue > $2.5M ..............................$6,000
  • Annual Revenue > $1M and < 2.5M ...............$750
  • Annual Revenue < $1M ...................................$375

Code of Conduct

Our Symposium is a fun and safe learning environment designed to increase interaction and engagement, and foster a sense of connectivity and collaboration, among attendees.

We value the participation of each attendee and endeavor to deliver an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others at all sessions and events. All attendees are required to observe the following Code of Conduct.

Some discussions over the course of Symposium sessions may include disclosure of an individual’s personal information (e.g., health or financial information). All participants are asked to help protect the integrity of these sessions and to keep confidential any such information discussed. All participants are also reminded to refrain from steering conversation in the direction of bleeding disorders business (to or away from specific companies, products, and/or providers).

HFA will not tolerate harassment in any form and is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming experience for all attendees regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race or religion. All participants must conduct themselves in a manner that is appropriate for and inclusive of people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Sexual or derogatory language and imagery is not appropriate. Do not insult or defame attendees, speakers or exhibitors. Participants violating these rules will be asked to leave.
