Thank you for your interest in the Made in America Product Showcase at Interbike in September 2016. We are very excited to offer this showcase and promote Made in America cycling products for the first time. Please complete this form to apply. If you application is approved, the next step will be to fill out a contract with deposit to ensure participation (we will contact you). Please read the following to ensure you understand the details of this opportunity.

*This deadline ensures inclusion in any Made in America printed pieces. You may still apply after the deadline (if spots are still available), but you will not be included in this value-added piece.

Opportunity: Product placement in “Made in America” showcase in front area of Hall C. Limited opportunity to approximately 25 participating companies. Companies will be allotted a space measuring 14” wide, 12” deep and 16” high. If your product will not fit into this space, or if you prefer to submit something larger, please apply and we will try to make accommodations. Special space accommodations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide estimated measurements needed for each specific product being submitted for approval. Quantity of items submitted to be determined by size of product; oversized items will be limited to one product. Brands will be responsible for shipping their own product, separate from booth freight to Show Management attention for onsite merchandising.

Pricing: $1,500 per exhibiting company, $3,000 per non-exhibiting company. Once you have been accepted, you will be connected to an Interbike sales representative to finalize a contract (and payment) with Interbike.

Location: The showcase will be prominently located in the very front of Hall C when you first walk in to the hall. The Made in America neighborhood will be located inside the hall in a high traffic location (final location TBD).

Merchandising: Interbike is solely responsible for merchandising. No merchandising materials will be included; the display will only feature the product and name card to ensure a themed, curated exhibit.

This showcase raises the profile of domestic manufacturing at Interbike. In addition to helping educate exhibitors, retailers and media on American manufacturing, participating brands receive:
  • Product placement in shared “Made in America” showcase in Hall C
  • Co-location of Made in USA brands on show floor with dedicated area featuring unique activities, special signage and marketing*
  • Brand inclusion in special “Made in America” printed piece to be distributed within the feature area and adjacent to the Showcase in Hall C.
  • Brand inclusion in “Made in America” section of:
    • Website - www.interbike.com
    • On-site map (5,000 copies)
    • Event Preview (mailed with BRAIN 1st week of August)
    • Event Guide (14,000 copies)
    • Mobile app (9,000+ downloads)
  • Brand highlight in no fewer than two emails sent to Interbike retail database promoting “Made in America” (25,000+ retail emails)
  • Complimentary access to Outdoor Industry Association “Made in America Networking Group”.
  • *Don’t want to leave your established location on the show floor? Don’t worry – you will still receive a “Made in America” designation with carpet decals in front of your booth along with inclusion on all Interbike maps and floorplans. Exhibit space must be purchased separately.
