Subject to LAGCOEs most recently published Rules and Regulations Governing Participating Companies, incorporated herein by reference, undersigned exhibitor hereby leases from the Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition (LAGCOE) space(s) set forth by Service Order Confirmation at the Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition at Lafayette, Louisiana, October 24-26, 2017.
Upon Companys payment of the sum indicated on the invoice, the Companys order shall be reserved as accepted by the Company Representative thereon. For reservations to be confirmed, payments must be made in accordance with invoice due dates for all items; including but not limited to exhibit space, sponsorship, or hospitality suite use.
Company agrees to conform with the requirements of the Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition and the Rules and Regulations Governing Participating Companies. Exhibits must pertain to the petroleum, natural gas, pipeline, or allied industries and will contain no subject matter in conflict with the purpose of the Exposition or obnoxious to other exhibitors or the general public. The final decision to approve any exhibit rests solely with LAGCOE and LAGCOE reserves the right to remove any Exhibit, Exhibitor or person at its sole and final discretion.
LOUISIANA GULF COAST OIL EXPOSITION SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, INJURY, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE OF WHATEVER NATURE THAT THE EXHIBITOR MAY SUFFER DUE TO EVENT CANCELLATION OR EARLY TERMINATION AS A RESULT OF CONDITIONS THAT RENDER THE EVENT IMPRACTICABLE. CAUSES OF IMPRACTICABILITY INCLUDE, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION: CASUALTY, EXPLOSION, FIRE, LIGHTNING, UTILITY INTERRUPTION, FLOOD, WEATHER, EPIDEMIC, HURRICANE, TORNADO, EARTHQUAKE, OR OTHER ACTS OF GOD, OR ANY LAW, ORDINANCE, RULE OR REGULATION, ACTS OF PUBLIC ENEMIES, ACTS OF WAR, TERRORISM OR CRIME, STRIKES, RIOTS, OR CIVIL DISTURBANCES.
It is agreed that no deviation from or alteration of this contract is authorized except when authorization is given in writing by the General Chairman.
