Youth & Leader Education in Shooting Sports. Youth learn safe and responsible use of firearms & archery, the principles and ethics of hunting. Support of caring adults leaders provide youth opportunities to develop life skills, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) self-worth and conservation ethics. Program active in 46 states reaching over 400,000 youth, 36,000 adult volunteer leaders in the National 4-H Shooting Sports through Land Grant Universities.
