In the year 1906 Luigi Passoni (known as Mario) began working in a steel Factory called Falck in Milan, Italy. While working at the factory he developed specialty steels to be used for barrel manufacturing. 86 years later in 1995, Falck ceased production and his son, Carlo Guido Passoni, and me opened HTI which today, has earned a reputation in producing some of the world most accurate, innovative precision rifles.  They have earned international acclaim and are considered to be insiders’ knowledge.
