Project ChildSafe, a program of the National Shooting Sports Foundation, is a nationwide educational program committed to promoting genuine firearm safety through the distribution of safety education messages and free firearm safety kits, including cable-style gun locks, to communities across the U.S. The program has provided nearly 40 million gun locks to firearm owners in all 50 states through partnerships with thousands of law enforcement agencies across the country.
