We serve as a national forum for all people to discuss firearms ownership, firearms use, and the enjoyment of firearms-related activities free from the destructive elements of political extremism that dominate this subject on the national scale. We also create and maintain a variety of programs around firearms training, safety education, and advocacy. In order to encourage fun and safe shooting among left-of-center and liberal gun owners, we strive to provide as much information as possible to make choosing, owning, caring for and using a firearm easier, safer and more enjoyable. Annette Evans is the founder of "On Her Own," an online space for women to explore and learn how to navigate the world solo, and is also known as the Beauty Behind the Blast. When not studying self-defense skills and strategies, she is a competitive shooter who goes to the gym too much. Annette is also a Rangemaster-certified firearms instructor, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu blue belt, the author of “The Dry Fire Primer,” and a commercial attorney in her spare time.
