The 2023 SHOT Show takes place January 17 - 20, at The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum.

This application is for NEW EXHIBITORS to the 2023 SHOT Show.

SHOT Show’s main floor space is SOLD OUT.

We are excited to announce the return of SHOT Show eXtra, which allows the next generation of shooting, hunting, and outdoor industry companies an opportunity to exhibit in front of thousands of SHOT attendees. The eXtra program will allow your company to be on display at SHOT Show, which even after expanding, is currently sold out of exhibit space.

SHOT Show eXtra will be held Tuesday through Thursday, January 17-19, 2023, in the Level 3 and Level 4 lobbies of the Venetian. This prime space is located near education, the press room and the NSSF Member Lounge. The very successful Next program took place here from 2016-2020 and had a fantastic crowd.

Cancellation Policy:
Effective following Exhibitor’s payment of booth space, through May 6, 2022, Show Management shall retain 25% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.

Beginning May 7, 2022, through August 5, 2022, Show Management shall retain 50% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages. No refunds are given after August 5, 2022, for any reason whatsoever, even if the Show is sold out.

Membership Discount:
To qualify for the NSSF member discount, the Exhibitor must be a Patron, Supporting or Associate Member in good standing of NSSF. Deadline to become a member and receive member discount for the 2023 Show is August 5, 2022. SHOT Show eXtra packages are not eligible to receive NSSF membership discounts.

Payment is required promptly to secure exhibit space. No refunds will be made to exhibitors due to canceling of exhibit space by exhibitor following assignment of booth space. Assignment and confirmation of exhibiting cannot be provided without required deposit.
