2024 SHOT Show Application & License for New Exhibitors

The 2024 SHOT Show takes place January 23 - 26, at The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum.

This application is for NEW EXHIBITORS to the 2024 SHOT Show.

If you are a returning exhibitor from the 2023 SHOT Show, please contact SalesMgr@SHOTShow.org for your renewal link.

Only companies with a product or service that is affiliated with or serves the Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor or Law Enforcement industries will be accepted. Approval is subject to Show Management's review, and its sole discretion. Once approved, Show Management will notify you by email and send an invoice for the required deposit.

New Exhibitor Booth Package Price

All new exhibitors at the 2024 SHOT Show must purchase a New Exhibitor Package. The cost for a New Exhibitor Package is $1,795 (see package details below) plus $41.00 per square foot for exhibit space. Corner fee is $900 per corner. A required 25% deposit is due with application.

NSSF Patron members receive a $10 discount per square foot not to exceed their membership dues. NSSF Supporting and Associate members receive a $5 discount per square foot not to exceed their membership dues.

Please note: if you are a returning exhibitor from a past SHOT Show, you will not be required to purchase the New Exhibitor Package.
The NEW EXHIBITOR Package includes:

  • SHOT Show lead retrieval mobile app
  • One entry into the New Product Center Display (Cabinet position)
  • One year membership to Outdoor Wire
  • SHOT Show Marketing Package and access to Digital Press Kits

    • Booth Selection Procedures

    New exhibitors will be assigned by NSSF membership status in order of payment received. For companies that submit the rental agreement with payment by April 7, 2023, booth assignment will take place during Space Selection; April 25-28, 2023.

    For rental agreements and payment received after April 7, booths will be assigned in order of payment received after initial Space Selection.

    Terms and Conditions

    Cancellation Policy:
    Effective following Exhibitor’s assignment of booth space, through August 4, 2023, Show Management shall retain 50% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.

    No refunds are given after August 5, 2023, for any reason whatsoever, even if the Show is sold out.

    After reviewing the License Terms and Conditions and Rules and Regulations, enter the name of the individual responsible for signing the Application & License for Exhibition and check the box indicating that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

    The person ratifying this license expressly represents and warrants to Management that he or she is authorized by the above Company to execute this Application. This person also acknowledges that he or she has read and accepts the rules and regulations as set forth in the License Terms & Conditions.

    Prompt payment is required to secure exhibit space. No refunds will be made to exhibitors due to canceling of exhibit space by exhibitor once booth has been assigned. Assignment and confirmation of exhibiting cannot be provided without required deposit.
