Tom Ruegger is the creator of the animated cartoon series "Animaniacs," "Pinky and the Brain," "Tiny Toon Adventures," "Histeria," "Road Rovers" and "A Pup Named Scooby Doo." Along with Paul Rugg & Johh McCann, Tom developed, produced and wrote "Freaklazoid." He exec-produced "Batman: the Animated Series" and "Disney's THE 7D."  Tom has served as writer/producer/developer/story editor/lyricist and animator on a variety of cartoon series including "The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo," "Sushi Pack," "Animalia," "Yogi's Treasure Hunt," "He-Man," "Godzilla," and "Jana of the Jungle," to name a few.
