Exhibit Space Locations

Each Space Includes
  1. 8’ tall side draping
  2. 3’ tall side draping
  3. Carpeting
  4. Exhibit ID Sign: 
  5. 10 Exhibitor Badges (available at check-in)
  6. 4 Complimentary tickets for clients (available at check-in)
  7. Free listing for your booth in show program and show website. Inclusion in these will take place if payment of booth is completed by February 9, 2023
  8. The show does not provide tables and chairs. You can bring your own tables and chairs (tables must be skirted to the floor). You can also rent those items from the convention center for a fee.
  9. The Show does not provide electricity, wifi or other utilities. These items are handled by the St. Charles Convention Center for a fee. Contact the convention Center at 636-669-3011 or [email protected] for more information on these items.

Terms of Payment

  1. EXHIBIT GUIDELINES - In order to preserve the quality of the Show, these rules must be followed.
    1. Exhibitor Payment Terms: A 50% Deposit Payment is due with approval of your application. Balance is due by December 31, 2023. After December 31, 2023 payment in full is due immediately upon approval of your application. Checks will not be accepted after January 31, 2024. No refunds of deposit or other payments will be made.
    2. Please make checks payable to:

    3. All products or services displayed and/or sold from exhibits must be listed on the Application and pre-approved by Show Management. A photograph of unusual items or displays may be required for approval.
    4. All exhibits must be professional in appearance
      • (e.g. no handwritten signs, storage boxes must be hidden).
    5. The Show provides black draping. Coordinating colors may be used.

  2. Load-In Dates & Times:
      • Thursday, February 15 – 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
        • (all exhibitors must exit the building no later than 10pm)
      • Friday, February 16 – 8 a.m. to 11:00am
        • (all exhibits must be ready for the show opening at 11 a.m. All booths must be occupied/staffed by 10:45 a.m.
  3. Load-Out Date & Time:
      • Break-down of booths may not commence until the show doors close at 5:00 p.m. as tickets are sold until 4:30 p.m.
