Attendee Module – Attendee planner and matchmaking networking tool that allows attendees to do all of their pre-event planning and then easily sync over to the mobile app.

Appointments Module – Allows attendees to schedule appointments with their exhibitor matches using real-time free/busy information from exhibitors. Appointments are visible in the planner and the mobile app.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing by March 31, 2023. Refunds on registration fees will be subject to a $25 administration fee. Refunds on Special Event tickets will not be subject to the administration fee but must also be received in writing by March 31, 2023. There will be NO REFUNDS after March 31, 2023. Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Send cancellation requests to registation@metalcastingcongress.org or via fax to 847-824-7848.

Age Restrictions:
No one under 16 is permitted on the show floor.

Photo/Video Policy:
No cameras are permitted. Photos with other devices should only be taken with consent of exhibitor and those who will be in the photo. Registration for Metalcasting Congress implies consent that pictures, video, or audio recording taken by AFS during Metalcasting Congress can be used for Metalcasting Congress coverage and promotional purposes. AFS can use your likeness without remuneration.

Suitcasing Policy:
Attempting to sell to exhibitors, as well as distributing product and service information or samples to exhibitors, is not permitted. This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of the policy may result in being required to leave the show.
