LIST BROKERS
Some members, conference attendees, and exhibitors receive emails from rogue list brokers claiming to have access to an ISPOR conference attendee list for sale. This scam afflicts trade shows where exhibitors are contacted by people fraudulently claiming to have and sell the show’s attendee list. Please know that ISPOR does not rent, share, or sell your email or physical address to any third parties or list brokers. These scammers are trying to phish for your information and/or gain access to financial resources. The companies have no association with ISPOR or the Conference (or any other ISPOR events). Please do not engage with and/or acquire/purchase any list from any company claiming to have use of the ISPOR conference database, attendees, or contact information as it puts you and others' contact information at risk. Oftentimes, responding to these emails (even to “unsubscribe”) confirms to them that they have reached a valid email address.

HOUSING
Companies may mislead event participants by representing themselves as the official congress accommodation provider and may use a range of tactics to deceive, including the use of the ISPOR logo. In some cases, event participants have been led to believe that they had made a reservation, only to arrive at the event to find that no reservation has been made and their credit cards may have been charged. Please do not engage with and/or acquire/purchase any reservations from any company making these claims. Official Hotel & Travel information for ISPOR 2024.

ISPOR takes this matter very seriously and will do whatever possible to protect our attendees, partners, and exhibitors. We encourage you to block the sender, delete the email, and report scammers to us and/or to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission fraud division. 

Exhibit Booth Personnel have two registration options.
Please see the below descriptions of each option and the step-by-step guide.

Option #1: Code Redemption* using exhibit package registrations
Deadline: April 24, 2024
ISPOR Show Management will provide the complimentary registration code(s) included in your exhibit package via email to the primary contact on file. All codes become active once your exhibit payment is received and processed. Note: Please allow 7-10 business days after payment has been received for processing. *See pages 2-4 for the step-by-step guide to redeeming these codes.

Option #2: Additional Purchase Option- Exhibit Hall Only
ISPOR is pleased to offer two additional Exhibit Hall Only registrations per 10x10 exhibit space at a discounted rate of $632.50 (50% discount). A separate invoice will be sent from ISPOR for each additional exhibit hall only registration processed. To purchase an additional exhibit hall only registration, please submit your request by April 24, 2024. Limit 2 per 10x10.

ISPOR Show Management will instruct Freeman to install carpet at the exhibitors’ expense in any booth without carpet installed by Sunday, May 5 at 3PM.  All booths must be set up and ‘show’ ready by 5:00PM on Sunday, May 5. 

Display materials should be arranged in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. Please make your booth staff aware of the Exhibit Space and Decor Guidelines. They will be enforced by ISPOR show management.

EXHIBIT HALL ACCESS
Access to the Exhibit Hall by registered Exhibitors will be granted for booth installation based on the schedule above. Exhibit installation & dismantle hours are for exhibitors/EACs only. Only those with Exhibitor or Exhibit Hall Only badges will be permitted to enter the Exhibit Hall during installation & dismantle and at 8:00 AM on show days. Anyone with an ATTENDEE badge will be denied access to the Exhibit Hall outside of the official Exhibit Hall hours listed, no exceptions.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC) must check in at the Southwest entrance, Loading Dock B1 and receive a wristband that must be worn at all times while on property. They must present a valid Government issued ID. Each day of installation and dismantle will require checking in for a new wristband.

CONFERENCE MOBILE APP
The ISPOR 2024 conference mobile app is available to all ISPOR 2024 registered attendees. Download the Mobile App now by searching “ISPOR” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Within the app, you will have the ability to view the program, browse posters and presentations, and connect with attendees. EXHIBITOR SERVICE DESK 
The Exhibitor Service Desk will be open beginning Saturday, May 4 at 12:00 pm in Hall A1 of the Georgia World Congress Center. Be sure to have copies of all orders placed and if you have any questions about orders contact the official supplier with whom you placed the order.  ISPOR does not have records of orders placed with any of the vendors. NOTE: Cvent representatives are located at the Registration desk. Otherwise, email leadcapture@cvent.com for support.

EXHIBITOR CONDUCT

• Exhibits must be staffed during Exhibit Hall hours
• Exhibitors may install and dismantle only during official move-in and move-out times
• Distribution of promotional or educational materials may be conducted and circulated only within the booth assigned to the exhibitor.
• Aisles may not be obstructed at any time because of excessive crowding in the exhibit booth.
• Exhibitors may not sublet, assign, or share any booths, tabletop displays, or any part of allocated exhibit space with another company or organization and all exhibit benefits are non-transferable.
• No one under 18 years of age will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any time.

ATTENDEE LIST
Due to privacy policy, ISPOR does not share the attendee list with full names and/or email address.
