In 1987, Koa Ibarra became a lifeguard for the City & County of Honolulu. He was trained by some of the best watermen in Hawaii. He was recruited to be apart of the first Search & Rescue Watercraft Team for Honolulu's Ocean Safety Division.
Koa's constantly brainstorming how he can make the beach safer. He finds ways to fix some problems beach goers encounter. The first product he brought to market is the Hawaiian Sand Anchor. (less)
